FEE POLICY: We understand that in life, things come up. You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a penalty fee. Rescheduling done less than 48 hours will be charged a 25% fee of the schedule service. Any same day cancellation is a 25% fee of the scheduled service. No shows are also a 25% fee. DEPOSIT: Deposits will be required for all appointments. Online booking will show as a pending appointment until approved. Appointments will be approved until a deposit of $25 of your service is processed through card on file. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit will serve to reserve your appointment slot, which goes towards your service. LATE POLICY: You have a 15 minute grace period. Arrival after 15 minutes will result in rescheduling and will be charged 25% of the service booked. This policy stands so that we can ensure quality service for you as well as other appointment. SUITE POLICIES: All cells phones should be silenced while you are getting your service. We want your time to be relaxing and away from your busy day.
